Please join the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine for a public discussion of this new report on January 10th in the Keck Building of the National Academies or via webcast. The report proposes a research agenda to help science communicators and researchers identify effective methods of communicating science, particularly when the issues are contentious. The report points to cross-cutting themes for scientists and science communicators to consider in their work, as well as major challenges that should be studied to make science communication more effective.
