Project Abstract

This project develops and conceptualizes the importance of Food Justice. Food Justice represents the accessibility to healthy food dependent on class, race, or region. The amount of food injustices found across the country is appalling. Our initiative is to replicate the work of Will Allen and promote community gardens through the urban agriculture incentive AB551. Our Group visited the plots and community of Golden Heights. A place where a community gardens can definitely beneficial in the overall development in a more sustainable and healthy community.
